Subscribe to our monthly concierge plan and let us take care of your to-do list. Each month, we will visit your home to tackle the projects of YOUR CHOICE from our item list!

Your $225/month concierge subscription includes:

✓   ONE 2-hour visit per month from us focusing on projects and tasks of YOUR CHOICE

✓   Additional time may be added to visits at $80/hr if time permits

✓   ONE FREE MONTH with a signed one-year subscription

Exterior Services

• Gutter inspection and cleaning

• Clear soffit vent obstructions

• Install/remove of window screens

• Address issues such as caulk repairs,

• vents obstructions, insects, nests, etc.

• Drain hoses and winterize

• exterior water lines (fall)

• Clean A/C unit coils

• Clean exterior dryer vent
